Updating a Volunteer Profile: Hours Approval / Rejections
Approve One Entry
- Start typing the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar near the top on the right side of the screen
- Click on the volunteer’s name when it appears in the list
- Click on the “Hours” tab
- Hover over the Options [ ] icon beside the entry you want to approve
- Select “Approve”
Approve Multiple Entries
- Start typing the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar near the top on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the volunteer’s name when it appears in the list
- Click on the “Hours” tab
- Check the boxes next to the entries you want to approve or check the “Select All” box at the bottom of the list
- Change the “Change Selected” drop-down list at the bottom of the page to “Approve”
- Click the green [Approve] button to confirm the approval
Delete One Entry
- Start typing the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar near the top on the right side of the screen
- Click on the volunteer’s name when it appears in the list
- Click on the “Hours” tab
- Hover over the Options [ ] icon beside entry you want to delete
- Select “Delete”
Delete Multiple Entries
- Start typing the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar near the top on the right side of the screen
- Click on the volunteer’s name when it appears in the list
- Click on the “Hours” tab
- Check the boxes next to the entries you want to delete or check the “Select All” box at the bottom of the list
- Change the “Change Selected” drop-down list at the bottom of the page to “Delete / Reject”
- Click the green [Reject / Delete] button to confirm the deletion
