Share a Public Activity

You can only get the URL for an Activity that has been set to “Visible to public“. This will enable you to share the Activity details with your volunteers or post the link to your website. Volunteers will still need to log on in order to sign up for the activity.[/alert]

Get Public Link

  1. Go to: Activities >> Manage Activities
  2. Hover over the options icon beside the Activity
  3. Click on “Get Public Link”
    • The short URL can be given out to someone who has an immediate interest in the Activity but, if you want to post this information, you should use the regular URL.
    • You can also click on the Preview Link that is generated to see the public information about the Activity.
