Updating Contact Details in a Volunteer's Profile

Each profile in Volunteer Impact has a series of fields that are part of all profiles that use the software. For that reason, the layout, structure and attributes of those fields in the “Contact Information” section of the “Main” tab cannot be modified.

• Login details: Username, Password
• Name details: Title, Legal First Name, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix
• Address details: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Country, State / Province / County, Zip / Postal Code
• Email details: Email Address, Secondary Email Address, Mobile Email
• Telephone details: Home Phone, Work Phone, Work Extension, Cell Phone, Phone Preference
• Social Media details: Twitter Username, Linkedin Profile URL
• Other details: Date of Birth, Region (language preference, date/time formatting preference)

1. Type a the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar in near the top of the screen on the right hand side.
2. Click on the volunteer’s name from the list that appears
3. Update the fields as required and click the [Save] button
