Qualifications - Expired / Expiring

1. Go to: People >> Custom Fields and Qualifications >> Expired Qualifications
2. Click the [Options] button to the left of a profile to either view / edit it or send the person an email

By default, all volunteers with expired qualifications will be included in this list. If you wish to restrict this to only volunteers with a status of “Accepted”, go to Configuration >> Organization Settings >> General Settings and make the appropriate changes in the “Volunteer Qualification Alerts” section.

By selecting multiple entries, you can also:

• Email multiple people
• Send a text message to multiple people (if you have enabled that feature
• Update Expiry Date for multiple people (change the date on which the Qualification expires)
• Remove Qualification value for multiple people(delete the value for the Qualification from the volunteer’s profile)

If you wish to restrict this to only volunteers with a status of “Accepted” and/or override the number of days to check before a qualification expires, go to Configuration >> Organization Settings >> General Settings and make the appropriate changes in the “Volunteer Qualification Alerts” section.

1. Go to: Configuration >> Organization Settings >> General Settings
2. Scroll down to the “Volunteer Qualification Alerts” section
3. Check the box if you only want volunteers with a status of “Accepted” to be included in the expired/expiring qualifications lists
4. Enter the number of days prior to the expiration of a qualification that you wish to use when Volunteer Impact checks for qualifications that are going to expire
5. Click the [Save] button
