Modules - Administrator / Volunteer / Client / Member / Donor

A module is a piece of the growing software suite from Better Impact. The Administrator module is part of any of the software we offer. Other modules can be used together or independently of each other and administrators can be given access to one or more modules and some information can be shared across modules.

Volunteer Module (the core of Volunteer Impact)

• Profiles can contain Interests, Availability, Custom Fields, Qualifications, Schedules Hours Logs and Feedback
• Communications
• Scheduling
• Searching

Administrator Module (all Volunteer Impact accounts include an Administrator module):

• Profiles can contain Custom Fields (common to or distinct from those of other modules)
• Additional functionality includes searching, exporting and communications
• Searching

Client Module (new)

• Profiles can contain Custom Fields (common to or distinct from those of other modules)
• Additional functionality includes searching, exporting and communications
• Used to track the details of members separately from volunteers. This will only be visible if this module has been added to your subscription and if you are added as an administrator to the module.

Member Module (new)

• Profiles can contain Custom Fields (common to or distinct from those of other modules)
• Additional functionality includes searching, exporting and communications
• Used to track the details of members separately from volunteers. This will only be visible if this module has been added to your subscription and if you are added as an administrator to the module.

Donor Module (new)

• Profiles can contain Custom Fields (common to or distinct from those of other modules)
• Record and report on donations made to your organization
• Classify donations by program, source, and type
• Additional functionality includes searching, exporting and communications
• Used to track the details of donors separately from volunteers. This will only be visible if this module has been added to your subscription and if you are added as an administrator to the module.
