Volunteer Impact Pricing

Option 1: Customized Hybrid Training for Limited Admins
Based on a personalized consultation, we’ll customize a list of training videos applicable to those in your organization who only need training on a small portion of the software. The video list will be assembled into 1 or 2 segments depending on how much a particular limited admin needs to learn. Your Better Impact consultant will follow up each segment with a half hour web meeting where you can both view the same screen to address any questions and review any work done. We can provide training for any number of different Limited Admin roles, but a fee is applicable for each different type of role.

Option 2: Comprehensive Hybrid Training
Our entire video library will be broken up into six segments for you. You’ll watch each segment on your own time and your Better Impact consultant will follow up each segment with a half hour web meeting where you can both view the same screen to address any questions and review any work done.

Option 3: Onsite Training
Two half day sessions on consecutive days, at your office, for consultation and Administrator training.

$1,250 + applicable travel costs

Option 1: Self-Directed
Better for small Enterprises of 2 to 4 accounts. The videos on the Enterprise configuration will guide you on setting up the Enterprise level of your account and how options here affect each account. For the account level training you will choose from over six hours of short and focused videos from our video training library, highlighting the features you need and skipping over the ones you don’t.

Option 2: Customized Hybrid Training
This training prepares you, as the team leader, for the account level training to be provided to your account administrators later on. Based on a consultation with you, we’ll customize a list of training videos applicable to you and your organization and highlight anything we feel is going to be of particular importance. The video list will be broken up into six segments. You’ll watch each one on your own time and your Better Impact consultant will follow up each segment with a half hour web meeting where you can both view the same screen to address any questions and review any work done.

Option 3: Onsite Enterprise Training
This has a similar outcome to Option 2 but all the work is completed at your office in a single day (or an afternoon one day and the following morning the next).

Option 1: Customized Hybrid Training
This option is best if it is not practical to train all of your account admins at the same time or you would like them to work through smaller sessions a few days apart. Either as a group or individually, your account admins will watch a series of videos selected by your Better Impact consultant and based on your specific needs. Following that, all account admins will gather for a web-based Q and A with your consultant. Groups should be limited to ten participants. Where relevant, groups should contain admins from similar accounts. Specific pricing will depend on the scope of the account admins training applicable at your organization.

$150 to $450 per group

Option 2: On-site Training
This option is typically chosen if you have an onsite computer training room and your admins are all able to come in at the same time.
