Coronavirus Policy

Our COVID-19 policy is as follows:
  • We will adapt this policy as needed based on information from reliable sources.
  • We will follow hygiene guidelines on minimizing the risk of spreading COVID-19.
  • The entire Better Impact team has the option to a work from home model and in some areas they are being encouraged to do so. We will return to working from our various offices at the appropriate time in each location.
  • We will take advantage of the technologies at our disposal to continue to provide the service expected by our members, regardless of where we work.
  • Working from home is mandatory for those who are well enough to work but show any of the symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties. This will be for 14 days from the last day the symptoms were felt or until cleared by a healthcare provider to return to work.
  • PTO is mandatory for those who are not well enough to work and show any of the symptoms such a fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties. Work from home may commence at the appropriate time but return to the office must be not be sooner than 14 days from the last day the symptoms were felt or until cleared by a healthcare provider to return to work.
  • Should a team member have any concerns or questions, they should be communicated directly to the CEO.
